The process
STEP 1:
Decide which simulation(s) or other tool(s) you want to be able to use.
STEP 2:
We will put you through our rigorous certification process with our master facilitators, who have been running these types of simulation workshops and conferences for twenty years. In this step we will teach you:
- How the game works
- The mechanics of the game
- How to set up and schedule a game (teams, groups sizes, etc)
- How to brief or instruct a group on how to play
- Game play
- How to debrief the game, and customise your debrief to your client needs
- Troubleshooting
- Tips and hints on improving your facilitation, and building and maintaining energy for the group.
- Commercials: how to price and sell the simulations and tools for your clients.
STEP 3:
We'll set you up with your own Pod&Hive portal, and connect you to your simulation(s) and tool(s).
STEP 4:
Get ready to run your first game!
The Pricing
Pricing has three components:

There is a one off fee for your accreditation to run the game or tool. Accreditation sets you up to be able to give your clients a great experience!

There is a subscription fee, payable annually. The subscription gets you access to:
- Your own Pod&Hive portal, allowing you to set up and schedule games,
- All available games at Pod&Hive,
- The Pod&Hive "Hive" facilitator network,
- Regular learning sessions and facilitator forums with our master facilitators,
- A "welcome to Pod&Hive" parcel of tokens for free!

Each person who participates in your simulations consumes a licence. Licences are redeemed with “tokens” that you can buy from us, and discounts are available for bulk purchase and usage. The great thing is that you can mark these licence fees up and pass them on to your clients.
A Pod&Hive person will discuss the pricing specifics with you.
