Use Pod&Hive games and tools internally throughout your organisation to add energy and engagement to your learning programs and all-hands offsites.
The process
STEP 1:
Talk to us about you and about your organisation. How big are you? How many people do you have in how many locations? How big is your internal learning or facilitation team? What types of interventions and activities do you typically run for your people?
STEP 2:
Together with you, we will craft an ideal solution for your organisation. This will include mapping out who in your organisation will need access to run games and tools.
STEP 3:
We will help you decide which simulation(s) or other tool(s) you want to be able to use.
STEP 4:
We’ll set up your organisation’s Pod&Hive portal, your access roles, and connect your facilitators to simulation(s) and tool(s).
STEP 5:
We will put your trainers and facilitators through our rigorous certification process with our master facilitators, who have been running these types of simulation workshops and conferences for twenty years. In this step we will teach you:
- How the game works
- The mechanics of the game
- How to set up and schedule a game (teams, groups sizes, etc)
- How to brief or instruct a group on how to play
- Game play
- How to debrief the game, and customise your debrief to your client needs
- Troubleshooting
- Tips and hints on improving your facilitation, and building and maintaining energy for the group
- There will be extra training for your admin user to manage the portal
STEP 6:
You're ready to go!
The Pricing
Pricing has three components:

There is a one off fee to accredit your people to run each game or tool. This fee can be customised to your needs based on the number of facilitators you have and the number of tools you wish to subscribe to. If appropriate we can also look at master certification in your organisation: you can then accredit your own people.

There is a subscription fee, payable annually. The subscription gets you access to:
- Your own Pod&Hive portal, allowing you to set up and schedule games,
- All available games at Pod&Hive,
- The Pod&Hive "Hive" facilitator network,
- Regular learning sessions and facilitator forums with our master facilitators,
- A "welcome to Pod&Hive" parcel of tokens for free!

Each person who participates in your simulations consumes a licence. Licences are redeemed with “tokens” that you can buy from us, and discounts are available for bulk purchase and usage. The great thing is that you mark them these licence fees up and pass them on to your clients.
